I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The spacious rooms with lovely balconies were a highlight, but the service could have been more consistent. The location was convenient, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

I had an amazing stay! The rooms were lovely with some excellent fresh fruit and delicious treats, very nice, clean, and comfortable, spacious, and combining modern touches with Asian accents. The service was top-notch, with the staff being absolutely attentive, charming, and going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was perfect, just outside the 'Old City' and right on the bank of the Ping River, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai. The dining experience was just fantastic, offering buffet and à la carte options on the terrace by the river. Overall, a memorable experience with great value for money.
